The General Contractor is a company that is personally involved in the execution of the work, using trusted contractors and workers with whom it has a close working relationship.
This means that in addition to taking care of the design aspects, the General Contractor liaises on behalf of the client with all the figures necessary for the realization of the project: construction company, electrician, plumber, window and door fitter, carpenter, locksmith, furniture maker and any external professionals that need to be consulted (engineer, geologist, appraisers, etc.).
We are the only local entity structured to provide complete assistance from design to implementation of all finishes, including the design and supply of furniture elements.
